At The Bling Thing (TBT), we are committed to delivering high-quality products. Each item is carefully crafted, so you may notice minor variations that add to its unique appeal. For any queries, please reach out via EMAIL, WHATSAPP, or INSTAGRAM. Kindly allow 24-48 business hours for a response.
Exchange & Credit Note Policy
Once an order is placed, The Bling Thing (TBT) does not accept returns or refunds. However, exchanges and credit notes are available under certain conditions and can be redeemed only on TBT’s website. Sale items are excluded from return, refund, or exchange eligibility.
Conditions for Exchange & Credit Note
If a product does not meet your expectations, you may request a replacement within 3 working days in exchange for a credit note. To process the exchange, the product must be returned to our warehouse within 7 working days, with shipping costs borne by the customer. Upon receipt of the returned item, store credit will be issued, valid for 3 months (shipping costs will be deducted). Please ensure that the items are unused and unworn and still have the tags attached.
To initiate a return, please email care@theblingthing.in within 3 working days with your order ID and reason for return. The return window closes automatically after 3 days.
Clearance Sale, Milestone, and Birthday Sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless the product is defective, damaged, or differs from what was received. Please notify us within 24 hours for prompt assistance.
Returns Accepted by The Bling Thing (TBT) Only If:

The delivered product is different from what was ordered.

The product arrives damaged (submission of an unboxing video is mandatory).
For returns, contact customer support at care@theblingthing.in within 2 days of delivery, including your order number and product photo. Requests made after 2 days will not be considered. A return pickup fee of Rs 100 applies.

Items returned without prior notification will not be accepted.

Coupon codes are not valid on exchange or credit note transactions.

Credit notes cannot be applied to sale items.

Products purchased via third-party websites or physical stores are ineligible for returns or exchanges.

Report missing or incorrect items immediately upon delivery; claims after 24 hours will not be processed.
